By using OLR India ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our app
or website.
1. About OLR India
OLR India is a rental marketplace that connects customers looking to rent products with local vendors. We are
a platform only — we do not own, rent, or sell any products listed.
2. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
- One person may not operate multiple accounts.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
- Vendors must honour rental agreements made through the platform.
- Vendors must not list prohibited, illegal, or stolen items.
- OLR India is not liable for disputes between customers and vendors.
4. Using the Platform (Customers)
- You may browse listings, save items to your wishlist, and contact vendors via chat.
- You are responsible for any rental agreements you enter into with vendors.
- OLR India is not a party to any transaction between you and a vendor.
5. Prohibited Use
- You may not use the platform for illegal activities.
- You may not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
- You may not harass or harm other users or vendors.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.
- You may not impersonate another person or create fake accounts.
6. Account & Data Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app under
"Danger Zone".
Upon deletion:
- All your personal data, listings, chats, wishlist items, and associated records are permanently
removed.
- Deletion is irreversible — your data cannot be recovered after deletion.
- Payment records may be retained for legal compliance only.
You may also request deletion by emailing support@olrindia.com. We will process your request within
7 business days.
7. Payments & Subscriptions (Vendors)
- Vendor subscription plans are billed monthly via Razorpay.
- Payments are non-refundable once processed.
- Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- OLR India reserves the right to change plan pricing with prior notice.
8. Content & Listings
- You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions).
- By uploading content, you grant OLR India a licence to display it on the platform.
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and design on OLR India are owned by OLR India. You may not copy or reuse them without
written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
OLR India is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, rental transactions, or disputes
between users and vendors. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior
notice. Vendors may receive strikes for policy violations before suspension.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the
updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts
in India.
